Spot on. Thats been my view for a few years now. I would enjoy it more seeing a manager on his way up the reputation ladder with something to prove and maybe trying different methods to motivate players etc.

With Ross in charge the likes of o'shit, chodwell,clattermole,Steele et al won't be anywhere near the first team which can only be a good thing:D

I'm going for Jim Goodwin as his assistant....hard as nails. Was captain under Ross.

The future looks bright.
The future looks attacking, exciting football.
The future is having a young, understanding, hungry manager.

As things stand now I'm very optimistic for 2018/19 and beyond.

Mate of mine played in Scottish Championship last season so I just asked what he knew of Jack Ross:

"Was good friends with our gaffer you’ll love him!
Nice fella good footballing man
Legend down there for what happened last season he took over when they where no where near the season before and then ran away with the league last year "
