Weirdly I think it depends on exact volumes.
They played it on BBC Newcastle when I was driving in this morning.
It sounded clearly like "Yarry" and nothing at all like Laurel but the presenters claimed they all hear Laurel.
I turned the volume up slightly on the radio to get a better listen, and when played at a higher volume I heard Laurel clearly.
