Cheating Aussie B******s

I know thats a common view, but for me you nick it you walk off. Umpire or no umpire. I look after a couple of junior teams and they are clearly influenced by top level players. Seeing an Under 13 player nick one and not walk breaks my heart, and its all down to them seeing it happen on TV.
I completely get where you're coming from, and it's a tricky balance to strike. I've always taken the view that if it's a game for fun, (midweek teams, Sunday friendly) you walk. If it's a competitive game, it's up to the umpires.

Not walking may go against the spirit of the game, but it's not cheating.

JUst watched the presser there.. looked suspiciously like crocodile tears to me them mind...seems light years away from insulting bairstow about his dad... nee sympathy from me

If he had any bollocks he would come clean and admit to cheating during the Ashes. Him, Warner and Lehman are all cut from the same cloth. Wankers to a man....

IMO we would get more

I'm not saying they shouldn't get stick like, just think they;'ve got a year, humiliating press conferences, what more do people want? Blood?

I agree - whats happened is right, they have had appropriate sanctions and have been humiliated. However the likes of Sutherland and Lehmann are even more responsible than the culprits because they have either created that culture (Lehmann) or refused to do anything about it (Sutherland).

They should be flung out as well.

Love dishing it out do the Aussies but cannot take it. They, especially Warner, seemed to think they were untouchable. They will forever be known as cheats - live long and prosper on that Warner. Horrible individual even before this happened. I think they are mad at being found out more than anything.

I do wish that sometimes people recognise their biases

Some on here are loving it, understandably so, but can’t look at the facts behind other things.

I refer you to one poster who thinks Stokes gets carte blanche even for punching someone because he has met him
It's hard to punch someone you haven't met, mind.

James Anderson, the best swing bowler in the world, a magician with the ball, and couldn’t get the ball to reverse swing on a regular basis in the ashes. Australia did, after 25 overs... on a regular basis! Hmmmmm they've been caught and some are giving them sympathy, each to their own I guess

Tell you who I had sympathy for? That 17 year Pakistani lad who was led astray by his captain and senior bowler to bowl some no balls. He got sent down and 5 year ban. That was harsh imo.

Sympathy for twat face and rat face for being banned for a year for premeditated cheating? Nah yer alright mate. Love seeing them squirm, what goes around comes around. I'm off to find this new press conference

Bancroft is the only one who I do feel slightly sorry for mind.

Just seen it. Howling here

Amongst all the tears he still asserts that they have never done it before,if any one believes that they are as thick as he is .
A few tears and suddenly it's poor Steve , not for me I'm afraid ,he is a bare faced liar, who was too weak to control a player ,he had no problem with ,when they were winning.
