To be fair its still a bloody good pitch certainly not a day 5 one. It was never a formality they were going to get 7 wickets given there's little swing and the pitch isn't offering much, they're requiring England to make mistakes . Draw's a real possibility now if these two can hang in for a while longer.

Anyone doing anything (other than defensive prods) just before lunch should be shot.

Ridiculous how one hothead's lack of patience for 3 minutes can cost a series.
 
Think you need to give Stokes a bit of leeway ,he has been out of the game for quite a while and had batted for over 4 hours . It was the shot of a tired player rather than a rash shot . Should have left it alone but when you are dead tired its easy to lose concentration .
Williamson still doing his best to hand England the draw , bowling Boult into the ground on a flat track this afternoon.

That’s a cop out sorry

Yes he has missed a lot of cricket (his own fault but let’s not do that again), but players may miss one series all the time due to injury. He’s since played the one day stuff as well as some warm up stuff (I know he missed the first due to injury)

Wow, 4 hours. He’s playing as a specialist batsman and as such should be treated as such 4 hours is hardly exceptional and it’s not like he is playing in 40 degree heat in the sub continent.

By all accounts he played superbly (unlike the other shite), but he doesn’t get a free pass
