You can’t put the mighty Alan on the bench and get away with it. No wonder Sir Bobby & Ruud both got sacked immediately after doing this.
Haven't a clue where that myth has come from.
My dad has met a fair few Footballers and even the likes of Harper and Given don't have much good to say of Shearer.
Shearer did play in Harper’s testimonial.Good shout. This is backed up by Harper not inviting Shearer to play in his testimonial a few years back.
Just a mag story, thinking up something that might rival their gobbing at mackem Bobby Robson. Lets not forget the first mention of racist chanting was at st james' park. Vile lot.Haven't a clue where that myth has come from.

Harper's exact words to my dad were ''very good footballer, not a very good person''Good shout. This is backed up by Harper not inviting Shearer to play in his testimonial a few years back.

Is he fuck ! You lot just love to idolise every fuckerI heard he is a canny bloke.
Why wouldn't he appear on a documentary? He played under him as captain for 5 years
You might want to replace the large majority bit with the word some then at least you are not making shit up.
I remember at the time I thought it was getting on for time time for him to go, nothing to do with league position but because I thought he was getting a bit old and doddery. I can tell you though at the time my opinion was far from the majority.
Even though I thought it was getting on time for him to go I thought it should have been at the end of the season and I was appalled by the way the board treated him and I can tell you for a fact being appalled by the way he was treated was the overwhelming opinion of the majority.
Makes me laugh when you read the bit from Craig Bellamy that someone posted a couple of pages back because I have been to training sessions and seen the way he and a several others treated him near the end of his tenure. At the end of the day the guy was 70, young blokes think they can get away with murder with a someone that age, while they still have a lot of respect they push the boundaries and that was starting to happen.
At the end of the day the vast majority of Newcastle fans held and still do hold Bobby Robson in the highest regard. Did some want him out, yes of course, did some think he should be sacked, yes of course, was it the majority ......absolutely not.
He lost a derby remember that's unforgivable to them ... Although they don't care about usWere you one of the many fans that were booing prior to when he was sacked, or did you not attend the games back then?

It's as obvious as the nose on your face.Give it 3 weeks until Gosforth Mackem outs himself as a mag.
You are you dick.Who's a mag ??
What happened to gullit after he lost a derby ? They’re demented man. It's the main reason they hounded out Pardewthey got it into their heads that he couldn't beat us therefore they had to get rid of him. The 5th place finish was quickly forgotten, as was their European run that ended in defeat against Benfica.
