Did Newcastle release t-shirts/mugs/a DVD about the time we beat you 5 times in a row? I barely even noticed it, in fact the only reason I'm aware of it now is because some Newcastle fans mentioned it in response to your lot crowing about the 6-in-a-row. Point being, every club's fans change criteria for success, change which results/competitions are relevant, think their rivals are inbred, illiterate, incestuous, scum. In this regard, we're not special, you're not special.

fwiw, I personally think any Newcastle fan going to the Stadium of Light for the Wolves game is a bellend and has let rivalry turn into obsession.

Fishy, I couldn’t give a fuck if there are. If they are sat on your forum all day everyday then they’re in the same catergory as you and your ilk.

I’m commenting on a Sunderland forum as a supporter of that club, I’m not the one spending my time obsessing on another teams forum am I?

You have a sad obsession with SAFC, mental issues so I’ve heard.
 
To get back on topic...

I have an opinion that complete wankers only would consider attending as Newcastle supporters.

If Sunderland are relegated by then, there will be a bit of tension about.

Newcastle supporters would gain nothing from attending. Except maybe a broken nose.

I suspect anybody on about going will be "pint of fostaz" type of youngsters that were in attendance at the U23 fixture
 
I couldn't be arsed to read through the thread but what makes people think that a load of Newcastle fans will be attending Sunderland v Wolves?
I know a few hundred went to the U23 match but at least that was Newcastle playing and they probably get a couple of hundred regardless.

Is there some reliable info this is going to happen or is it just one of these made up things that float around.

I'm not wanting to come across like i'm taking the piss but there isn't a great deal of chance that the Wolves games will have relegation hinged on it. With that in mind it's not like they would be going to see you get relegated as that will happened a couple of matches before. Any celebrating any Newcastle fans will do over your relegation will be done and dusted well before the wolves game.

The Wolves game is very likely to be a nothing game, it would seam pointless to wind you guys up at that one if that was the plan.
If a bunch of Newcastle fans do turn up to any of your games they must be absolute arse hats.

Given that this will be a league game and not an under 23 game, and in spite of our current state the attendance will reflect this. Additionally they have announced their intentions far in advance, which is a level of stupid beyond comprehension. I strongly suspect it will not end well for any of them attending.
 
To be fair , let them come , let them mock , let them go home with one over us , they’ve won , they’re far better than us , everyone knows it .

Not one of us should respond verbally or physically, just ignore them , turn our backs on them.

When they get no response from us , where does that leave them ?

Looking pretty stupid if you ask me , let them crack on , I for one couldn’t give a fuck what they do.

I don't have face book so can't read what's being said but if someone is claiming that 7 people have made a post saying they are going to go to the Sol and take the piss that probably equates to a grand total of none turning up.
The whole thread seems much ado about nothing to be honest.
