The Wolsley, Roker - anybody been??

I've been to the Wolsley in Roker aye, I turned up there for a gig but the Wolsey I was meant to be at (charity do) was in Newcastle, I made it to the gig in time by less than 10 minutes till the band was on, I was glad it was an outdoor gig as I would have used up all the oxygen and sweated like a pig if it was indoors.

When I got to the Wolsey in Sunderland a couple sat at a table near the bar offered to give me directions the right Wolsey, the directions were spot on I got within 5 miles of the pub then used my payg data for sat nav - I then parked up in the muddy gravely car park and wheeled my 6 foot Bass stack onto the stage iirc we all raised over 1000 for the charity it was a brain tumour charity and this all happened in 2016.

The only people who know that are me and muggaboots and I didn't tell you.
 
And when I was getting the directions I wasn't even listening as a match was on the telly above where they were sitting, looked like a good game.
