It’s not as cut and dry as that. In Germany there’s the ‘sexual self determination’ rule. Under that Johnson wound still have been charged with the same offenses.

It’s irrelevant anyway, he knew it was an offense in the UK and he still went ahead and committed the offenses.

You are trying to bringing a bit of balance by implying that 14/15 year olds should be considered adults? And it's widely reported that most of these gangs are of South Asian ethnicity. So trying to play the race card on that is a pretty pathetic attempt to deflect the argument.

Can you read, where have I said that 14/15 year olds should be treated as adults? The generally accepted definition of a child, is an individual between infancy and puberty, the gutter press and social media keep banging away calling him a child molester and a paedophile I feel this gives a highly inflammable tilt to the storey. For the record I think a 6 year sentence is savage, its longer than Rolf Harris got, longer than that hit and run coked up motorist got for killing a pedestrian in South Shields, and much longer than a head mistress got for having full on sex with two underage school boys.

No I didn’t. But he has previously attributed blame to the victim in other threads, quoting her involvement with Connor Wickham amongst other things.

That's talking about a context that isn't relevant to the illegal nature of what AJ did. Just because he's an idiot, doesn't mean she's Mother Theresa. Although she's been accused of nowt illegal.

Did I fuck, The point I was making was if she was so truamatized at what at happened why was she still doing it, I left this thread hoping it would die down but I'm not having that.
