Yet he said in court that he thought he was just flirting through the messages, he didn't know it was grooming and he didn't know just a kiss was sexual contact, he told them he intended to plead not guilty to all charges, the club was advised by the FA that he was ok to play, he was innocent until proved guilty at the time, he should have been suspended when these allegations surfaced, she probably knew he would be found guilty on them charges but he was denying them at the time.

Was Byrne not a solicitor?, surely then she would have been covered by client confidentiality?

Didn't she get a monster payout from the club when she left?

That doesn't suggest a voluntary resignation. More like when a disgraced MP "resigns".

That's not how attorney client privilege works. She wasn't acting as Johnson's legal counsel, she was CEO of his employer.

Perhaps unsurprisingly the schoolgirl, who had caught the eye of a millionaire footballer, was not able to keep quiet about the encounter, confiding in her fascinated friends and even secretly filming the encounter on her mobile phone.

I know he did that mate, the poster said more than one occasion, which is a load of shite.
 
Dunno if it's been said but Lee Hughes, Luke McCormack and Marcos Alonso have all done worse and were able to resume their careers.

Haven't seen anyone defending him, have seen people like you posting innacurate info to make it look he is worse than what he is, even though what he is is bad enough.
