Even that scouse twat on BT was saying he is struggling because he has not got the right tools to work with. Whatever happened to a manager who had to coach a player to play a certain position and understand instructions. If their is ever a manager who solely relies on money, then Rafa is right up there with them who cannot work within a certain budget.
