How long can Rafa last?

Yet you agree you you can’t judge someone by their words on here, this is becoming difficult for you.

You need to point me in the direction of this anger, all I can see is ripping the piss and telling a few home truths, you and others are sad bastards, you spend far too much time wasting your lives away worrying about what we think.

Your posts show that, accept your frustrations and move on, if you think a few words show someone’s anger than that’s your opinion, it’s incorrect but your opinion. You’ve been on this forum all day yet again man, dedicate what’s left of it towards something else.
Kind of glossing over the whole "Zig thinks The Fish is an overweight 50yrd old editor of a fanzine called Ian" thing, aren't you?

Oo-er did I fall into some kind of trap there?
Basically any manager who has proven that he can successfully keep a team in the Prem and improve it year on year. I support Newcastle, meaning whoever is playing and managing at any given time.
Now I'm not going to get pelters for that surely? We all would like that for our teams, wouldn't we?
Who is of said similar quality?

I know but honestly I don't want a ban. Rafa (nufc manager) is easier on the eye than Rafa (the wife). Imagine an uglier, heavier Iain Dowie in a wig and a gravy stained black and white leather basque and you're about halfway there.

Phworrrrr!

(Gravy stains......my favourite fetish)

No matter who I say, it's going to get ridiculed so try this on for size.
Chris Coleman - like a shot. Experienced international manager. He'll have Gareth Bale here in January when we get our gazzillions transfer budget and Gareth will have half the Real Madrid team here by Summer. The 2018 season will culminate in Newcastle United winning the World Cup and the team will become legendary, in 100years that will become myth and kids will ask their great grandads if it really happened.
Now of course, the big question is, who are Sunderland going to replace Coleman with???
I'll just sit here while the torrents of abuse wash straight over my head

No abuse from me, you said you’d want him replaced with similar quality, I only asked who would be of similar quality.

There are? The only one I’ve seen has put a caveat in there. Care to point me to the others who have answered your question?

I get it, you want me to choose a blind takeover with no foresight of any action beyond their initial sacking of Rafa Benitez. The alternative is I say no and you can play the ‘Mags love Rafa so much they’d turn down a takeover card’. It’s a bit transparent like.

New owners could spend hundreds of millions and get a equal or greater manager in or they could spend fuck all, sack Benitez and get John Carver back.

If it’s the former it’s a yes. If it’s the latter, absolutely f***ing not.

So if you get a manager as good as, or better than, Benitez you're happy for him to be sacked off.

Fair enough ......

Answering questions about Benitez and Newcastle, on Benitez/Newcastle threads, with questions about Sunderland seems to be 'the answer'.

So, if I had picked a manager from anywhere with a similar record to Benitez, I wouldn't have been ridiculed? Not necessarily by you.
This isn't proving to be the pleasant diversion from doing the VAT I was expecting today.

You may be ridiculed if your expectations are fuckin ridiculous mate. You’re actually a good poster who doesn’t pipe off Raf:cool: because of his cheque book success.

Who would you see as similar?

He'll probably retire, but if those f***ing idiotic Arsenal fans succeeded in getting rid of Wenger, I'd take him in a heartbeat

I’ll just throw this one in here, the mags don’t like it.

Pardew finished 10th. Mass walk out on 69 minutes, sackpardew.com as mid table wasn’t good enough.

If Rafa finishes 10th, statue built and the 2nd chapter of the book ‘Rafalution’ to be released.

Not... No Zig, I'm not. I call it like I see it, and I see you being angry, hence calling you angry.

Care to explain why you've repeatedly claimed I am "Ian; an overweight 50yrd old editor of a Newcastle fanzine"?

Probably because you come across as the sad type of person who would create such a thing?

You spend your life on a Sunderland forum, arguing on the internet...

Top quality dancing from zig today (everyday)

He's not angry and never bites though

Me anaarl but imagine having him as your manager man

He would be a good bet for Ashley too as he doesn't spend beyond his means has a degree in economics

Sure I read somewhere the Emirates has been fully paid for from profit
