How long can Rafa last?

What's all this net spend the mags keep bleating on about. I sold a load of tools a had in the garage last week and with reading a lot of reviews and careful consideration I bought a load of new ones with the money but the new ones are f***ing shit and don't work.

I blame myself as I did buy them

Rafa has a net spend of about 50 pence , Mcclaren wasted about a 100 million, that’s the difference.
Due to selling the likes of Siserker, Wijnaldum and and Townsend for a total of around £77 million, the club has had money for the waiter to spend.

You should be praising those who made those signings for the excellent financial return on them, thus allowing Rafa to piss it up the wall on the likes of Joselu.

You could say McClaren was working with players signed by wonder scout Carr unlike Bouncy who’s had near £100m to blow on who he wants

Christ man if it wasn’t for that fluke against Liverpool and WBA falling apart the records would be identical
If it wasn't for some poor officiating and some bad luck we'd have beaten Burnley and Bournemouth. And that hypothetical is as relevant as the fixtures you mention.

It burns you lot up that Benitez is doing about as well as we expected, and we're not staging a dirty protest in the stands.

Most of us expected a tough season with us ending up around 14th-15th, and that's still about where we'll end up. Come the end of the season I expect us to be preparing for another season in the Premier League.

:eek::lol::lol::lol:

I heard on The Guardian’s podcast that Benitez would have to pay £5m if he walked.

Unless another club comes in and pays it, he’s staying. Which isn’t likely considering how badly he’s done. Maybe a Chinese club who want a name.

The majority of mags I know we're expecting to be in the top 10 comfortably, based purely on having Rafa the "world class manager" in charge

 What a cracking response, cos you've got nothing.

I thought we're al fickle horse punchers, surely we'd be chasing Benitez out of town by now? Ahhh, no it's because we're all after a Messiah, isn't it? Well which one is it Bear? Are we blind to his faults, or fickle and quick to hound out?

 Jesus wept.

It doesnt burn us up at all in fact most safc fans think its quite funny how you would berate any other manager if you were in this position but idolise benitez. Long may it continue i say, I'm all for it

Course they did. Got any proof? Or is this another one of those handy Mags at Work, that can be relied upon to provide anecdotal evidence of whichever nonsense is being peddled about Newcastle fans at the time

One draw and four defeats out of the last five, scored five conceded thirteen. Form only matched by the bottom two.

Firmly on the slide.

Next six: Leicester (H), Everton (H), Arsenal (A), West Ham (A), Man City (H), Brighton (H).
Five points maximum, imo, but the current form suggest less. Very close to bottom three by the turn of the year.

Rafa's fault or Ashley's?
