Part of our problem. The board appointed Grayson and then showed they had very little trust in him by limiting his budget to next to nothing.

Rafa only does 'well' at clubs who do not expect success or have been starved of it. He has all the soundbites but ultimately every time he gets a good job, the sack follows shortly after.
