He's a very pragmatic manager he will go long with the ball wait for his counter attacks. He will just sit back wait for the counter and set pieces.

Wasnt that the way allardyce had the mags set up, yet the mags didn't take to him for that style of football.

Now why was that, football fans are very fickle
Meh.

He'll keep them up this year which they'll be happy with. It'll be the same always though they'll be wanting European qualification next year. They'll turn, they always do. Remember pardew saying recently that when he got them europa league football the talk amongst their fans was that they'd failed to get champions league.

Are you taking the piss

And heres me thinking you had a soft spot for us, tell me this who would you rather have in charge of you're team Pardew or Benitez?
I don't dislike you's like some on here but I just call it as I see it. If Pardew had come in and relegated yas like Rafa there'd have been hell on.
In answer to your question it's Benitez obviously but he'll still not get you's as far as Pardew did.

Sam did have the good fortune of Toivonen's injury and brought Defoe into the side who he'd left out, to be truthful, so he wasn't all that in some respects.

All his signings except N'Doye were good short term and shit long term.

The result speaks for itself, but i'm not sure how he got there was down to exceptional management at all times.

Much better than Moyes though.

Sam seems to get a tune out of players others managers can't though.

You're answer is confusing my small brain you'd rather have Benitez but he wont do the same with us as Pardew did? And I'm not going through the 'rafagated' shite again

Allardyce is a massively underrated manager and hasn't got the big gigs due to his demeanour and Britishness IMO. Wherever he's gone he's done everything that's been required of him.

Okay bonny lad. Let's have a look at his "Britishness"

2006 - Allardyce and his son Craig were implicated in a BBC Panorama documentary for taking bungs.

2013 - Allardyce receives “substantial” damages from former Blackburn Rovers Steve Kean who said Allardyce had been sacked from his post at Rovers because he was “a crook”.

2013 - Named as investor in a £250m tax scam involving a fake film company

2017 - Sam Allardyce booted out his "dream job" after chasing freelance work straight after he's appointed, advocating shady practices to "get away with" third party ownership and ripping the piss out of Roy Hodgson

The less said about recommending Djilobodji the better, the bloke is a chancer

One that gets it finally. Blokes a walking talking fraud, probably part of the reason you're club is in the tatters it is now but. Nope. Sent the mags down. Legend.
