Conspiracy theory

Hasn't got a clue how to sort it out, lost the players, start slagging the fans and get sacked.
Why else would he start this off ?

Injuries is a constant excuse, afrais with our squad! He better get used to it, even the players he brought in will be warming the physio hands often.

Mick Mac phoning him up is a classic, ah it's ok then SG, f*cking clown, spouting crap now.

It's a massive game for Grayson tomorrow. Lose badly and his ill timed comments will no doubt bring down torrents of calls for his dismissal.

I was initially completely underwhelmed at his appointment but like others I always look for a glimmer of hope and after the win at Norwich was briefly enthusiastic about the season.

If, however, you take a view on the performances of the side in the league so far this season as a whole, there's little to offer in mitigation for Grayson.

Take out the spirited draw in the first game vs Derby (who in truth finished the stronger side and maybe should have won) and the decent win at Carrow Road, we've been often a very poor second best in all the other games.

We escaped from Hillsborough with a fortunate point and the same could be said at Hull. Ipswich and Barnsley hammered us and Sheffield United, Leeds, and Cardiff all won easily at the sol.

The only game we could claim to be hard done by was Forest where but for a calamitous error from Browning we were were worth a point.

I sincerely hope we win tomorrow and it heralds the start of a steady improvement but all reason points to it being extremely unlikely.

So now that we’ve all calmed down, all fans, it’s going to be mad tomorrow slagging off the players, Short, Bain and now Grayson.

Add to that the yellow weather warning where it might be pissing down at Preston and reports suggest the first two rows at the away end are prone to drownings:eek: so glad I’m in the shallow end in row 4 @Botchie

I can't believe he came out with what he said about the fans. It's desperate.

How can we "buy into" this Grayson? The football is shite and we're losing every game. What exactly is there to "buy into" apart from accepting failure game after game?

And what did he mean about "changing the mentality of the fans"? We want to be entertained, we want to see goals, we want committmemt and we want to win games. Do not patronise us. We're not uneducated welks that have been raised down a mine. I don't care if we have a side full of British players or eleven inuits playing for us, all I want is for us to win games and to be successful. To have ambition and to realise that ambition.

Stop taking us for a ride. He should have gone after the Sheff Utd defeat, lose tomorrow and the club surely cannot afford to give him anymore time.

His latest comments are utter desperation. The bloke is flailing around for anything.
