I'm disappointed we haven't done all our business early like Everton seem to have. We've known since pretty much December that we were likely to be in the top flight, so why weren't all the moves lined up for the minute the window opened?

His managerial achievements aren't that remarkable.
He inherited a very good Valencia side, and then went ton to win some cup competitions with some mega rich clubs. He also won relegation.

His transfer record at every club he's been at is dubious at best.
