I wouldn't mind that. I don't mind basing the kit on any historical kit to be honest. This one isn't though. Even the 1800's kits didn't have stripes this thin. Just seems like a marketing ploy to pull the wool over the fans eyes and bump sales on a shite design

What I don't understand is why did Adidas not put their 3 stripes on the shoulders in black? Would link from the black collar and sleeve trim, and look better IMO.
