Only time I like a tab is when I'm speeding. Doesn't make me a bad person...Good.
I look forward to the day it is banned.

Death is what's nextgovernment meddling again. smoking is a filthy habit and we all know the health issues, but whats next,,, only buy alcohol by the crate? etc.
Good.

...and that's okay. People talk about paying tax as if it's the worst thing in the world.
I'm happy to pay more tax in a post-tobacco world if it means cutting out HUGE numbers of premature deaths. The world will be a better place.
.
Menthols banned in 6 months too
wonder how many people would be supporting the changes if they were alcohol related, only buy 2 pints etc.
Where do you lie mate, Karachi?I used to buy a few looseys and a bottle of wine when i was younger from the local pakistani shop. He used to ask me to hide the wine under my school blazer till i was away from the shop.
When Australia changed to clear packaging it had an impact on the smoking rate. It won't stop everyone, but it will have an impact.either ban them all together or just fuck off, it must be a right twat on for shop workers now they are all in the same colour packaging and them sliding doors etc....do they really think that stops people smoking does it fuck
They should start mixing up the brands for a laugheither ban them all together or just fuck off, it must be a right twat on for shop workers now they are all in the same colour packaging and them sliding doors etc....do they really think that stops people smoking does it fuck

I don't think they should be banned, despite my similar job to you. The fact I smoked from age 14 to 31 may have something to do with that.Good.

Good idea marra nice one.I don't think they should be banned, despite my similar job to you. The fact I smoked from age 14 to 31 may have something to do with that.
I think they should limit where you can buy them to traditional tobacconists which aren't open at unsociable hours though. None in super markets, garages, off licences, or newsagents etc. Basically just make it a chore to get them.
I often think that there must be a sweet spot where there is an "acceptable" level of smoking that stops it being a massive drain on resources. Never gotten around to modelling it.
The outcome is the same though.I don't agree mate.
I support that model for many drugs, but I think tobacco is something we can actually rid the world of.
Are you a drug dealer? Only losers do drugs its because they are losers. The outcome is the same though.
Demand exists
If prohibition exists, illegal trade will exist
Its exactly the same as all illegal drugs, whether they be tablets, powders, herbs or liquids.
Why ban it? It isn't allowed in public buildings. If people are daft enough to smoke then let them...?Good.
I look forward to the day it is banned.
Demand is going down in the western world. You're right in what you're saying, there will always be a demand, I can see the smoking rate dropping to below 10% over the next 20 years or so though. It's less socially acceptable and is expensive as fuck, less people start now. Current smokers will either quit (for health reasons or financial) or die off.The outcome is the same though.

Seen the price of a gram of coke man? I couldn't afford a coke habit and my job is half decent. Are you a drug dealer? Only losers do drugs its because they are losers.
