either ban them all together or just fuck off, it must be a right twat on for shop workers now they are all in the same colour packaging and them sliding doors etc....do they really think that stops people smoking does it fuck

I used to buy a few looseys and a bottle of wine when i was younger from the local pakistani shop. He used to ask me to hide the wine under my school blazer till i was away from the shop.

I used to pop into blaneys on a friday for 4 cans and a 10 box of bennys on the way home from school circa 1987/88 with just a coat to hide my blazer.

Actually I've only ever been asked for id once and that was a couple of years ago, I followed a group of young'uns through who were also buying ale. She didn't even look up before she asked. when I went eh? She looked up and burst out laughing...

For a laugh i showed her my driving licence and she piped oh you passed your test before I was born

Good.

I look forward to the day it is banned.
I know what you mean, but no.

Don't ban them, just treat them like a legalised drug. Hard to get hold of, but not too hard that it generates a criminal supply element.
Same as how most drugs should be sold.

And taxed to fuck.

As a git cool hard as fuck smoker I kinda agree with banning tens like.

Clearly for the young'uns and part timers to pick up a habit.

Tab leeches should still be brayed and hanged like.

Just got my usual work van back today & some smoker type has clearly been in it all week long.
Reeks of cigarette stench man. Dirty fucker :lol:
Illegal too these days to dee it in a company vehicle.
If I was a **** I'd grass him reet up like ;)

Check out this square

To be fair, it is my job.

and the day we all have to pay a shit load more tax, to make up the shortfall

...and that's okay. People talk about paying tax as if it's the worst thing in the world.

I'm happy to pay more tax in a post-tobacco world if it means cutting out HUGE numbers of premature deaths. The world will be a better place.

I am not alone in saying this but I have relatives who would still be alive if it wasn't for tobacco.

I don't agree mate.

I support that model for many drugs, but I think tobacco is something we can actually rid the world of.
