No ones a winner especially the judicial system.When you see what sentences have been given for far worse crimes it really does make the law look like an arse.Didn't know this ......its all desperately sad for everyone involved
I think you are missing the punishment aspect of the judicial systemThis is why putting him in prison isn't going to solve anything.
Yes put him somewhere where he can be given psychiatric help, but putting him somewhere where a bunch of lads are going to say "Aye you should have raped her" isn't exactly going to help

I see your point and certainly agree he should have some form of sentence, but removing his liberty isn't going to challenge the direct root of his noncery
