Am not reading 19 pages but no way will the club allow a bunch of kids to congregate on their land and cause a stir.

What do you mean the club "won't allow it". What do you think will happen? 50 blue coats in riot gear will release the dogs?

It'll deflect the blame from some of their hilarious protests.
