Protest At The Man United Game

i wont be back until something is done, i travel 7 hour round trip every home game and for what? To watch that dross on the park and for the clueless fuckwit to send me an email saying we deserved something? Not anymore enough is enough and its time to make a stand

It's almost as though we've never been relegated before. FFS man

There's a group of fans looking to protest during and after the Man Utd game. Fair play to them, it's about time we made Short and Moyes aware of how we really feel. Forget about the apathy, I know we're physically drained after experiencing a 5 year long relegation battle but let's at least show our frustration and let the board know that we're not just going to take it on the chin and watch on as they completely destroy our wonderful club.

Here are the links if anyone's interested:

8 people have liked the page and 3 are going ffs

Prawn sarnies not up to scratch like ??

Fair play marra. 7 hours is a hell of a hike to watch that shit every other week.

Exactly mate, we all work hard for our cash at the end of the week/month however you get paid and to piss it up against a wall for that shower aint happening no more

Are you serious? Are you happy with things at the moment? Would you be content if we say were fighting relegation again next season? When is the right time to actually make a stand or would you happily watch on if in an extreme case we simply dropped through the leagues?

We wont drop through the leagues man. However, as there doesnt appear be a line of buyers to buy and/or pay the amount Short wants, rightly or wrongly. So i dont see what the point is.

I wasnt happy last season where We were struggling under Sam and looked like heading down.

We get rid of moyes and stay up, i have seen nothing to suggest we wouldnt be in a similar position next season. And i have no idea who we replace him with, in terms of managers with premier league and experience of the championship the stand out candidates are Pardew and Pearson and i would want neither.

People going to the game planning to protest will simply sing a couple of songs, sit down and watch the game.

Just don't go. Enjoy your weekend

Probably because people aren't willing to stand up and say enough is enough. I would never ever say Sunderland is a second rate city.
I'm sorry gip but it is and I have no problem admitting it my mam is grangetown born and bread and I'm proud of that but Sunderland as a city is light years away from other major cities

So we can only cast our net as far as Pardew and Peason as a potential replacement? Yet Hull quite happily go out and appoint a foreign manager who appears to have adapted rather well to the PL. Of course it's early days, but he's doing a far sight better than Moyes. We could have appointed a manager from League 1 who would have offered more than Moyes on far less money.

Name that manager then.

Perhaps it is, but there are enough people outside of Sunderland who are quick to criticise the place. Personally I love the city and I love the people in it.

Yes the relegation hurts but i can accept it, im not happy with it but accept we aint good enough but i dont think your getting the point its the way the clubs being run as a whole we aint happy with, we must take some sort of action to make the club aware dont you agree?

Ah, the old, go out, pick a manager and negotiate his deal ploy. If I was paid £250k plus a year to sit on the board of directors I'd quite happily put in the time and effort to find a suitable replacement.

They should have a live shortlist of potential managers at all times.

It's too late for this season, we need to plan for next and that means getting rid of Moyes asap and looking for a replacement that can lead a promotion challenge.
