Gan on Tommy Lynn!

I was in Toulouse for the World Cup, with 2 of my sons, and bumped into Tom and his mates.

There was a mini riot going on around us and the locals were throwing rocks etc. I was shouting at the police, in French, to get their helmets on and charge them.

To everyone's surprise, including mine, they did exactly what I'd said and we were cracking up ...... I met them at Watford at the end of last season and we laughed again ;)

Edit: It was Tom and his mates at Watford, not the CRS .......

TLR was a canny poster. Need posters like him back on to liven it up a bit, instead of the biring wums who just repeat the same shite, on any thread they feel is going along canny, without their input

What I liked about TLR is that he could be laughing & agreeing with you on one thread and rowing with you on another.

He wasn't into cliques or agendas and simply gave his honest opinion, for better or worse, on every subject.

Yeah, I couldn't agree more. It is pretty boring how its always the same people on here arguing with each other etc.

Any of Frankies regulars remember the name of the pub we'd park up at in Aldgate East? The strippers came around collecting with a pint glass and none of them were averse to a very severe fondling. It was a young lads dream and I just thought it was the norm.

Back home I tried the same move on one in Spenny, she very nearly knocked me out.:(

Always remember my first long trip, it was to Fulham about 75. Me and my mate were 13 and over heard some blokes off our bus talking about stopping at Harrow for the night. We started to panic because we'd brought no pajamas

THE RED LION @ ALDGATE EAST (TWO COACHES 100 PLUS) CAN YOU DIG IT !!!

Absolutely brilliant photos ........ worth a million words.
