Hahaha
If we go down, we are relegated, but when they do, it is a good thing. Classic #ThinkLikeAMag
#RafaOut
You joke, but give it time.
Not be long till the sheets are out.#RafaOut
That told me that even of they finished bottom of the prem next season Rafa would be a "legend" there.
My point was he took them down so failed last year and that he's been gifted every chance to Coast it this year so his real test comes next year and onwards. He disagreed saying he's done wonders to get them into a profit this year and that (I shit you not) " you wouldn't understand" how the relationship is between Rafa and the fans and that he understands what it means to be gaffer there.
So it begs the question, how do you judge his tenure from when he took over?
I was speaking to a mag last week and he told they were guaranteed the League Cup, promotion (as champions) and a top 10 finish next season. I asked how all of this was going to happen and his response was "Rafa".
Obviously I couldn't argue with that logic.
Is it Alexis sayle?you just know had they pulled it off and we'd went down all the media press and tv etc would still be going on about it now .......... shoe horning it in at every opportunity a bit like alan green used to with the 5-1
What a bunch of wanksplats ffs
Is it Alexis sayle?
I'd be absolutely gutted if we were relegated .... it's happened to them twice and they still think they're Barcelona
More like Wongalona ..... they don't even own their own ground, borrow it from the council![]()

Too long, didn't read. Fuck off.Hes a quality manager with a proven track record of doing well.
He took over the club at a very low point after the back to back ineptitude of Pardew, Carver and McClaren, the damage was done before he arrived and it took longer than the short time we had but changes were happening, hence the 6 game unbeaten run in the final 6 games of the season, sometimes it just doesn't work out in football, and this was one of those times, It's pretty typical on here to says its all his fault though of course the manager has to be accountable in some way, but in this instance I'd say he did his best but was brought in just a little too late.
We've got a good squad and hes doing well, funny though how now its a poor league when before we started the season we had the same people saying "he has no championship experience" and "its a tough league to get out of".
Yes its the championship but we are rebuilding under a manager with a proven track record of success, with a great coaching team. Most importantly has managed to bring together the fans with the club once again and has absolutely everyone pulling in the same direction, even Ashley & Charnley it seems for the moment are on board and are believed to be ready to spend some good money should we come back up, Rafa would not have signed the deal otherwise.
At the end of the day its Mike Ashley, things could still go tits up, but we've got the best manager we've had since Robson and things are looking up, I'd wager Rafa will have us doing well next season, should we achieve promotion, which is looking close to nailed on at the moment.
The Big Escape?!
So how did you feel today @Reiver ?
You are still bottom. you enjoyed Bournmouth as you keep telling everyone, did you go today? is moyes still the man?

Dear Pukka, I regret to inform you that the position of Reiver official stalker is taken and there's quite a waiting list.
It's admirable that you're paying attention regarding games I've been to but other candidates are far better qualified.
I wish you the very best in finding gainful employment.
