Tom Daley, women's triathlon trio are all good (but not favourites to win), men's modern pentathlon, couple of canoeing prospects, more taekwondo, outside chance for Lynsey Sharp in the 800m, women's 4x400.

There's an element of that but still heartbreaking for him. Of course, had he won it with one second left, he'd be loving it!

Second handover took place outside the zone it's supposed to happen in I've been told. On the last page someone said a guy's foot was on a red line rather than behind it so I guess that means it was as close as possible to be within the zone but top level sport is all about the fine margins.

Can't remember but must be.

She said she thought we could get silver and bronze but it was unpredictable, and also wouldn't be shocked if we got nowt. Which, when I type it together, isn't really putting her neck on the line.
