I can understand I hit a nerve, but calm down lad. Keep in mind when you are talking to Villa fans you're talking to fans that's seen our club win the league, european cup, european super cup and several mickey mouse trophies you call majors. Now ignoring this tedious shitty Championship bait, the point is that you just, literally one season ago, got promoted. You are seen as a small club that won't achieve anything by the entire footballing world. You proved them wrong and that's really cool. But booing a player that has been instrumental to win you the ONLY league title you have because he wants to move to a bigger club in London is just f***ing absurd. If anything you should buy him a drink.

I'm embarrassed for you, no wonder you're termed the Mags of the Midlands.

Aston Villa have won as many League titles in the last 100 years as Leicester yet you still give the big un.

Utterly pathetic.

The thing is, I'm not convinced Kante will be suited to playing in a side where in the vast majority of games the opposition sit deep and challenge you to break them down

I hope it pans out to be a bad move for him and for Chelsea

Totally agree, one of the reason why Kante was brilliant at Leicester is because our style of play got the most out of his abilities. He's a world class player without the ball but an average PL player with the ball. At a team like Barcelona he'd look ordinary with their 75% possession. It will be interesting if Chelsea maybe drop him for some of the "easier" home games and use him for the games when they expect a lot less possession.

It's you who is pathetic. You must have a screw loose to go on the way you do on here. Btw could you tell me how many points you won the league by please, you haven't mentioned it for at least ten minutes.

Because Pogba can actually do stuff going forward unlike Kante who is just a pure spoiler?

Excellent player for his role but limited going forward
He doesn't need to go further up the pitch...his ability defensivly and his work rate will allow the other central midfielder to push on and worry less about their defensive tracking back

Pogba is overrated, if I was in charge of Man U...I would have signed Kante for £30m before I even walked through the door

Wish him all the best?

We've won the PL title by 10pts, Pot 1 Champions League and he's left to a team who aren't even in Europe next season.

He should have given us one more year to see if we're one of the best teams in Europe or were we one season wonders?

I hope he falls flat on his arse.
:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Yep - we are on the same page about him

He's obviously just grabbing the maximum cash, the way of football these days. It's very sad, as I said hope it goes wrong - can't stand Chelsea and everything they do and stand for

Christ you really are thick aren't you? I'm not giving you anything. I'm simply stating that when a small club like Leicester wins the league and a key player wants off, you should cheer him on his return. Booing him simply doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

It's been reported he on £150k a week at Chelsea so I suppose that's £12.5m more over 5 years than Leicester would have paid him and in the cold light of day you can't blame him. I'll still boo him though the Judas that he is.

Leicester can't pay £150k a week unless it's someone like Messi. It's not the extra £50k a week but if you pay Kante that then any player who is on a similar level wants that as well. It's easy to afford with the extra £100m we'll get for winning the PL and getting the Champions League but it means we have to maintain that level which is unlikely.

Why should we cheer him, he has everything he needs at Leicester at this moment in time, we are not asking for a lot, just one more season

What makes you think Chelsea all of a sudden will be become good again.

I think he'll do just fine at Chelsea. This is a manager that has just had Giaccherini playing out of his skin at the Euro's, you'd think he could get Kante doing the same at least.

For the same reason, Greece won the Euros in 2004 and finished rock bottom of the qualifying group for 2016. For the same reason small heath won the league cup in 2011 and has fallen to shit again. Or Blackburn winning the league in mid 90's never to be heard from again. Flukes happen in football, but reality comes knocking soon enough.

He doesn't have everything he needs at Leicester though. He will play with better players at Chelsea, play at a much bigger stadium. He'll live in London. He will be working out with superstars instead of Drinkerwater and Albrighton. I would have liked to see him stay another season with you as the CL would be interesting, but no point arguing he doesn't have a good case for leaving Leicester.

Real shame he's moved on, thought he would have given Leicester at least another season but the best players will always want to play for the biggest and richest clubs, it's what makes building anything virtually impossible.

Fantastic signing for Chelsea though, £32m for the best player in the league last year (imo) is very good business.

Was a better footballer I agree, not anymore though.

He didn't let you down, he helped you to win a title and you made a huge profit on him.
You forgetting what fabregas done the season before they all took the hump with Mourinho?

Hes a much, much better footballer than kante. Different roles like but its not even close
