So what? You had a game in hand. I think you're underestimating how shit we are

So, in a nutshell' in your opinion it's the fault of Ashley, the club, McClaren and the players ........ in fact everyone but King Rafa?

They just don't get it. They believe their squad is outstanding when in reality it is an overrpriced, overrated, undisciplined stack of shite. There is this overinflated image thanks to the media of everything regarding NUFC which makes it appear better than it actually is. For example "oh he's playing for NUFC, he must be a good player".

For example, as soon Ginger Biss Biscuit moved to them he was considered for an England place. Completely undeserved. As much as that is dropped now, the likes of Defoe can score 15+ goals a season and still be overlooked...

When Benitez arrived it was 'The quality is there, he'll get them playing'.

Now they've been relegated the claim is 'It's not Rafa's fault, the players are shite'.

It's stuff like this that's making more than just Sunderland supporters think they're deluded.

So, to turn round your question to me, do you think Benitez bottled it at Villa or not?
I think he got his team selection wrong. Cisse should never have started any game. Dummett, Colback etc are just plain shite, but he obviously didn't want to change his team

They're down because they failed to beat Aston Villa in a game everyone, even us, expected them to win easily.

That wasn't tufties fault, that was a clear indication they simply aren't good enough.

Is that a yes or a no ........ I answered your question honestly.

If a team gets a draw has the manager bottled it?

In a game against the bottom team, already relegated, who'd lost 12 games on the trot, who everyone had backed and expected you to win easily, yes.

Not enough games shit is bollocks how many did Dick and the mental Italian have ? Must've been around the same
