Rafa isn't playing for them, they still have the same team they had under tufty - I'd be delighted to see them acquire 0 points, but I'll be kind and say they could emerge with 4.

We'll get beat now man. I was hoping to see a "that's it we're fucked" thread from you soon. We normally get a good win after that.Leicester - lose 2-0
Sunderland - Win 2-1
Norwich - 1-1
Southampton - lose 1-0
Well, he can't really do worse than McClaren. If he sets Newcastle up to win games by attacking, then they could pick up a few wins and a couple of draws towards the end. So long as we don't lose to them and keep plugging away like we have been recently, we might still keep our noses ahead of them. Or it could happen that all the attacking approach does is make more high scoring draws, so dont lose that many, but only pick up one or two wins. They looked doomed under McClaren, so no matter how bad the team is - the unkown factor of how they'll do under Benitez already gives them a better chance of staying up than they had. The downside really is that it would be at our expense, as I can't see both of us accumulating enough points to overtake Swansea or Palace.
The money has nothing to do with it man, its the prestige of joining a GREAT club.Very poor crack mate ...... Rafa wouldn't come if he didn't have enormous faith in Taylor, Coloccini & Colback.
Oh, and the 2 million quid as well of course.
I'm always right ya cheeky batHope you are right for once Hank.
Pretty irrelevant at this moment in time.Lets not forget the game in hand they have
