He did okay at Chelsea, awful at inter and below par at Napoli.

Still think he did a good job at Napoli, you say he went backwards in the league so he could win a cup. Are you saying if he finished 2nd twice it would of being better than finishing 3rd and 5th and winning a cup?

He was poor at Napoli. The empoli manager came in and is having a better title tilt than he did with the same bunch of players.
