Is it the Afghans that shag goats? He might have finally got a job over there. In a Goat I think he said. Is that not against the law? I know it is round here, maybe they made an exception for them.

Yep, they'll sacrifice their attacking threat to be tighter. They already a struggle to score, protecting that horrendous defence and managing to score will be tough.
This is the danger. They've got some decent fixtures and I feel there's almost certain to be a bounce factor; there nearly always is. He's a decent manager who's pretty much always been around top European clubs. We do need to worry IMHO. In the end though, it's in our hands. We've got enough to beat them at their place. We need to put a few wins together or we'll go down... Rafa or no Rafa. Can't help thinking it would be our death knell. Three of four are going down and I think he'll have enough to drag them out of it.
Not just anybody.I need somebody?

You can't polish a turd
Colback isn't going to suddenly start passing forward and Dummet isn't going to suddenly be able to defend.
When they attack I think Leicester will hurt them on the break. After that there's kahzri and borini to worry aboutThey already a struggle to score, protecting that horrendous defence and managing to score will be tough.
Two paella and a pint of san miguel then.Apparently i look like Rafa![]()
Yes.they certainly are.water off a ducks back.let them have it.The pantomime that is NUFC will soon eclipse it anyway.FTM.So another one rises, are you bellends going to drag up this incident at every opportunity?
I know from experience, heed like a snooker ball.![]()
Jesus wept...get a fuckin grip man he's a manager who just been sacked by one of the biggest clubs in the world cos he wasn't good enough..
Just been on about this with my dad. It doesn't take long now a days to sack a manager and bring a replacement in, especially one that is available.
Credit to Steve for carrying on as per business as usual and despite f***ing up he is gonna walk away from this a hero due to the saga this week.
However, if it was you, would you still be turning up for work as normal? There must have been something said or something done or any normal person would have just said fuck off. Granted there is the compo shit but does he really need the money?
If he turns up as normal tomorrow, expect him to be there Monday.

New manager bounce is largely a myth. When it happens we all notice it, when it doesn't the blame goes to the old manager.
Day off tomorrow back in on Saturday
He's always going to go... I'm glad they've wasted a week though.I think its fairly obvious that it is a question of negotiating compensation and the new guys terms. Had none of this been the case, the club and McClaren would have denied it.
3 optionsThis doesn't normally take until Thursday when he should have got the boot on Monday or Tuesday. Something fishy going on
Just as well the board didn't think like you last year when they appointed DA.This appointment has a Felix Magath feel to it. Both men whose best days in this industry are behind them, both look like comedy TV characters, and both are used to fighting at the other end of the table and probably don't know what it takes to fight in a relegation scrap
Sometimes I wish non Sunderland supporters didn't read this board when I read some of the things posted on here.Everyone gets sacked at Real Madrid.. like Mourinho, Ancelotti, Hiddink and Pellegrini
