Adam Johnson Trial Verdict

full transcripts including the whatsapps where he was clearly aware she was underage were provided to the club, the club have not contested this, strange eh>? Good night/morning.
Which the club said they passed to their lawyers. Its not the clubs job or position to be judging illegality or guilt.

Those lazily repeating the "innocent until proven guilty" mantra (which isn't actually correct a way it's "presumed innocent until proven guilty" may also like to consider the other legal edict when defending the club "the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth". The clubs statement says, which is almost certain to be true, that they thought he would defend all charges. What it omits to say however is that they were also told (by himself) he has done some of the things. The statement attempts to deceive by not telling the whole truth and it seems to be doing just that with some people.

Of one of their employees? An employer is not supposed to judge the conduct of one of its employees? Give over man, you're making yourself look stupid.

According to the deniers the club statement forgot to include that we didn't know what he had been up to

What a bunch of c*nts those so-called journos are. They know its a match press conference, not a club press conference. Pathetic to the extreme.
What do you expect? It's a huge story

Spot on. I'm getting sick of reading shit from like of Wayne and his equally moronic dad.

Are you referring to me?

If you want to have a conversation about it pm me your email address, if not shut the fuck up. Its amazing, because I suggest a 15 year old girl knew what was going on, I suddenly support Johnson. I would hang the dirty bastard by the balls for what he did
And by the way, dont bring my dad into this you kangaroo shagging wanker

Transcript of Big Sam on issue
Acquitted himself very well, unlike the club hierarchy. And my posts on here show I'm a big supporter of Ellis Short so it's not like I'm using this as any issue to criticise the club. I just feel we as supporters need to be told the whole truth and for the club to explain/justify their actions.

If true she has to walk.....

Are we going to go over the same things again and again? This has been covered already in this thread - he allegedly admitted to the club he had kissed the girl. No context is given for this kiss. A kiss on its own is NOT AGAINST THE LAW - seeing as you are so keen on clarifying the law. Context is absolutely everything there.

237 pages of mostly drivel and you say I'm the one looking stupid? Give over. The club were put in a difficult position, of that there is no doubt. But if they fired him and he turned out to be innocent in court? Or the fact the firing was used as a defence in court that he couldn't get a fair trial as he's such a famous person, etc etc? Read all this thread, its been discussed a million bloody times already. The only choice the club had at the time was suspension on full pay, or to allow him to play until the trial. After talks with the PFA (who not many people are asking questions about) and after assuring the FA (I think it was) that he would have nothing to do with the clubs promotional/external stuff in the meantime, the call was made to continue playing him. Sunderland's lawyers had the evidence, although once again I ask - on what grounds was his defence team doing giving possibly incriminating evidence to his employers? That is beyond belief for me. Its still presumed innocent until proven guilty, as you yourself say.

So fuck? Wait outside the directors entrance and ask them? Ask the club to put on a club press conference? What they think it has to do with Sam, who arrived after all these decisions had been made, is beyond me. He could not answer their questions, he was in no position to answer their questions and they knew that - they were fishing for a cheap headline. Because the UK press are scum.

Whatever the rights and wrongs of all this, that part is undeniably true. As is the fact that my loathing and despising of Adam Johnson has now turned into outright hatred. Sick to my stomach when his name is mentioned.

From what I see most of the pompous drivel comes from you. Repeating parrot fashion what you want to be true does not make it true.

Yes she certainly does....
What does it say? Bbc blocked here.
