If you take your validation from what the majority on the smb think then you're pretty weak minded. The majority of the people on this thread don't.

is this a woosh?
He was summarising the evidence provided by the DEFENCE,
This isn't outside evidence brought in by the judge man ffs
I think you need a few lessons about how trials work.
You lost last night, I see. There's no way I'm reading 116 pages of this so presume it's been discussed but does this taint the derby victories to a certain extent.
I'm still buzzing about six in a row but it's just a shame this despicable **** played such a big part isn't it? It's not something I'll ever admit to any Newcastle fan I know but deep down it doesn't quite feel the same.
Prick
I am saying the club have sacked an employee because he was charged with a crime and was innocent. The club might have had grounds to sack him regardless of whether he was legally guilty. You have tried to turn it around there marra. What you said is a completely different subject.
I am simply stating that a person who is going to stand trial for a criminal offence is innocent until he goes to court, and up until that time, he is entitled to earn a living from his employers.
In this case, AJ did that.
Do you think I'm suggesting Byrne turned prosecutor here? Whats your point?Maybe they allowed a criminal investigation to be conducted by the police and courts?

And, by extension, some will have every right to walk away from the club, if these allegations are true. The smell won't go away just by sacking senior figures, either.
I know, they've tainted the club by their actions, which is why some folk are angry. rightly so in my opinion. And, by extension, some will have every right to walk away from the club, if these allegations are true. The smell won't go away just by sacking senior figures, either.
That's not the judge summarising for the defence, that's the judge reading out the undisputed facts between the prosecution and defence... what was on the police station transcript.

Am I right in thinking Johnson is the only source for what was actually said at this meeting between himself and Margaret Byrne? Or if whoever else was present can confirm exactly what was said?
This is the bit I think people are confused about.
Backing a loser there, lad. Iam as cynical towards football clubs as they are to me.Some of us actually care about the image of SAFC.
Some of us actually care about the image of SAFC.
So not what Johnson claims he said then?Words to that effect which are now on the public record, submitted by the judge as one of the "agreed facts" of a court case.
Like ITV and the BBC did.Don't think so, a lot of employers would suspend people in similar cases.

Carry on burying your head in the sand.
