No it's not all over, encouraging signs last night that we have enough about us to survive (just) need to win at least seven games.

Are you suggesting that the amount of money they've spent guarantees their survival?
You say not guaranteed, then you say they will escape?Nope not guaranteed but they should and will escape, wait and see
Tidied. You say not guaranteed, then you say they will escape?
I still think they're in big trouble - they haven't addressed the main issue they have - Tufty.
Similar to us not addressing the RB issue.
Tufty & defence - 2 issues they didn't sort out!Tidied.
I think if they sacked Tufty they'd stay up regardless of their defenders. Our best hope is that they don't pull the trigger, as the man is an absolute clown.Tufty & defence - 2 issues they didn't sort out!
Are people writing off Aston Villa too soon then?!
I think if the Mags win then it's looking like mission impossible. It is likely to look even worse in a fortnight.
A lot of people on here tend to think they'll start to move up the league after their transfer activity. If they win tonight they'll be 5 points clear with a better GD too, an easier run in, and the momentum in their favour.
With Norwich dropping into trouble it's looking like there might be a big gap between the bottom 4 and everyone else.
So would a Newcastle win at Everton signal that they'll move up the league as so many on here are predicting? And would it be the final nail in the SAFC coffin?

What's your prediction?
I think they might get a point.

They were lucky to get none ........ what a truly dreadful performance from Newcastle.
One defender limped off and his replacement picked up the stupidest red this season.
No leadership on the pitch and Tufty's interview still to come![]()
We're down anyway
