If the Mags win tonight, is it all over?

Stupid all the same, the talking needs to be done on the pitch, with a lot more than a better performance, it's goals that count.

If winning a single game signalled moving up the table, we wouldn't be where we are, so the OPs logic falls down at the first fence.

its unfortunate that Sam had to wait to so late in the window for me , its looking bleak but still reckon some hope will be put back into us the next 2 games , the fat lady has laryngitis

Not a hope and hells chance they'll win tonight and even if they did fluke a win it still wouldn't be anywhere near all over. Anyone at that match last night will have seen enough to know we're far from dead and buried.

The last time I looked we had 14 games to play. 14 x 3 = 42 points to play for. Not realistic but still possible, look at Leicester run last season

Newcastle at home is the sort of game Everton turn up for, voiciferous away following who will get the home fans going.

The likes of Swansea is the sort of game where they don't.

I can also see Andros Townsend going off with a dodgy hamstring.

they have bought there way out of this they will not go down, our best bets are villa norwich swansea or bournmouth, difficult to over come them all but we can do it. We have a good looking team now which will get better, our achilles heel is the ferking defence and right and left backs in particular, we must stop stupid mistakes and last night Jones was not close enough to Aguero simple as
As poor as Jones is, he's not solely to blame for that goal. PVA turned his back on the initial cross. Another collection of errors cost us not just Jones slack marking

A lot of people on here tend to think they'll start to move up the league after their transfer activity. If they win tonight they'll be 5 points clear with a better GD too, an easier run in, and the momentum in their favour.

With Norwich dropping into trouble it's looking like there might be a big gap between the bottom 4 and everyone else.

So would a Newcastle win at Everton signal that they'll move up the league as so many on here are predicting? And would it be the final nail in the SAFC coffin?
A " lot on here" are more confident that the fcking mags are. This place is infested with sympathisers like

Can't agree with you, Everton are shocking at the back, game depends on who's defence turns up for me

So you are happy PVA turned his back to it?

No, I said to @foolzy at the time that PVA wasn't close enough to his man to prevent it coming in the box.

Not sure how Aguero is Jones' man though.
