I think it would be better overall if 3/4 of the people in the world failed to wake up tomorrow and simply died peacefully in their sleep.

Most places here in California make their fish tacos using fried fish:

And that's how most people prefer it, but I find it extremely heavy and greasy... bleagh... I prefer when the fish is just grilled and not fried:

Excellent. It won't rival The Nestlé Fist, but it's a start.
For the record, if I was to try that, I'd have it fried.
