Listening to it in the evening at Luxor, albeit harshly amplified through speakers, with the Nile and Valley Of The Kings as a backdrop, was a very special experience.

Hylton Rd as a stag do route died when the shipyards and pits started shutting down. You cant get a ball and chain welded up in a call centre plus the fire station isnt there any more to cut through the padlock before youd be allowed into annabels. Ive been abroad for 12 stag dos and not one was as good as Hylton Rd.

Changing your facebook display picture to a french flag while showing at least a basic knowledge of what has happened and while the intention is to show solidarity, such displays are basically all about attention at the end of the day.
Changing your profile picture doesn't solve a f***ing thing, it makes you jump aboard a wave of social media activism which achieves the square root of f***ing nothing, its utilised by most as a show they care and yes i know quite a few people who have changed it and i can accept that.
What i do find distasteful is the subsequent profile picture change, proceeded by slew ofter slew of Britain First propaganda bullshit, sharing blatantly untrue bullshit and fueling mass hysteria on 'closing borders' and 'kicking out muslims'

Not only does it make a mockery of the cause you purport to stand behind, it engineers it to make you look as though you care what happens to other people, when in reality you don't give a fuck about others as evidenced by your BNP, Britain first bullshit which promotes inequality and defeats the object of the solidarity you wanted to show by pointlessly changing a picture.

It's all just a vehicle for people to get likes on social media or to prove how they really support something, while doing nothing proactive to assist that cause.


ill agree with both of them mind, i f***ing hate Queen and coffee got me through some shit shifts, so its alright in my book.
