Mags spending loads

My judgement is based off the fact you lot are in the scrap every season and now your team looks even worse on paper than the ones that preceded it, everything is temporary with you lot, loan signings, even your manager is temporary, you sign has been players every season and wonder why nothing changes, everything is wrong from top to bottom and this is from someone who has seen Mike Ashley as owner for 8 years and John Carver as manager.

I'm hardly coming on here and raving we will finish in the European places as well, unless we strengthen the defence the top 10 will be a tall order, but we have brought in some good signings and we already had quality in certain areas of our team and barring the defence we have a squad as good as any outside the top 7-8.

This team looks worse than Di Canios team? Laughable! Or Poyets? It's the same team as last season man.

We matched Southampton and apart from a poor spell in the last 10 minutes we could have very easily won the game, we played with a better possession based playing style and everyone is pleased with the way we are trying to play.

Swansea was bad but our record against Swansea is awful and they have invested well and are a good team, no shame in losing out to them.

We have brought in some good talent with more on the way, but we still need to strengthen the defence otherwise we will struggle to get past 11th-12th.

Relegation finally for your lot this season, battered off two big relegation contenders already, and buying shite like Kaboul and Coates, I know what position I'd rather be in.
I can't argue with anything you've said. We'll probably still wallop you in the derby tho

Oh aye, utter delusion to say that we've brought in some good players and have a better playing style, but still conceding that top 10 might be a tall order, how deluded of me.

Did you bring in good players last season as well? Becase they lookedlikea pile of shit from where I was stting. Yet all weheard all summer was how good you were.

You're shouting too soon. You have a failure of a manager, a **** of an owner and a shit squad with added unknown players. Yet here you are as smug as fuck.

Enjoy your season. It's going to be shit.

Give it two month and they'll be pretending there's been no investment again. Just like they did last season when they had "won the transfer window" f***ing thick as fuck mag *****

They'll start talking about his lifetime investment. And the missing 35 million.

They really are as thick as fuck.

They generate about 30 million a year more than us

Through which revenue streams and why?

The 1992 brigade can't account for all of that. Maybe we should ask who at SAFC is responsible for us performing so poorly compared to them in terms of revenue?

Hard to argue with this tbf

Pains me to watch them up the road at least giving it a go. They were as bad as we were last season but look like they are trying to do something about it. They are backing the manager with actions and not pissing about trying to get things done on the cheap.

I'm still hopeful that we might back our manager at safc but it's not looking great with time running out.

"The protests" largely consisted of vitriolic and co ordinated abuse towards the man who had performed very well in achieving mid table status.

When you helped force him out you lost nearly every single game, but did not seem too bothered, and there were still no sign of any further protests until you lost yet another derby. It was only then that you started on Ashley for a while.

If / when McClaren doesn't get top 6 or if you lose the derby again then you will all tear into him. It's always the same old story with the mags.

Alright Pards.

This fella would take beating us every season if we only finished one point above you. We finish 17th, job done.

TWD only posts on here when it looks like the Mags have the upper hand on us. You won't see him for weeks or months after a derby defeat. He claims its because he was banned but that's bollocks.

He used to post as RadioFreeEurope and when he signed up he was afraid to state he was a Mag even though he clearly was. Imagine being scared off nasty posters on a message board? Imagine what a sackless soft shite he will be in person.

:oops::oops::oops::oops:

Out the woodwork I see

'Top 6'

Reeto

Any Mag manager who doesn't consistently produce top 6 football gets abuse hurled at them by your supporters. I'm aware that you deny this, ("we just demand a team that tries") but it has consistently been the case for more than 2 decades now. McClaren will be the same.

FFP will never work. City is best example using naming rights for their stadium. Etihad giving them £400m over 10years when they are a 1/3 the size of BA and have not made a profit since 2004...

Clubs can bend the rules as well when it comes to over spending, provided "they can show an uptrend in finances or show credible means to pay back debts"

It's loophole galore

Well..

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, achieved its strongest financial results to date in 2014, posting a net profit of US$ 73 million on total revenues of US$ 7.6 billion, up 52.1 per cent and 26.7 per cent respectively over the previous year.
