The plane fly past is back on...

Seeing as though I'm a mod and have been involved since the beginning I've offered @gabbiadini1 to carry on with the fund raising via paypal. He's happy with that and just needs to sort out what's happening with the £600+ already raised then we can move forward.

As the money is donated I'll transfer in it into the bank so it can't be frozen again then post updates of the running total several times a day on here.

When we're back on track and get over £700 I'll start contacting the plane / banner companies, FTM! :)

Sounds like a great plan :)

If I get time tonight I will setup a page using that Joomla plugin and then we can just link that to your paypal account.
 
I am sure this will happen - but do we know if any Air Traffic Controllers are Mackems who could ensure we can actually fly above the ground --- and stop the Mags plane from getting anywhere near it!

It would be funny as if the Mags who are in the stadium look up expecting to see a plane towing an ' Ashley Out' banner and ours turns up instead!!!!

If it takes off from Peterlee it should pass over Sunderland as well :)

Agree 100% but it must have a happy ending if at all possible i.e. we rise above the problems created by IT, risk-averse Yanks and desperate Mags to bring this to fruition.

Many thanks to all involved, you're doing a brilliant job in the face of some serious obstacles.
