Wrestling - Part 3

I think this is quite harsh, for a promo of that style going up against Brock and Heyman I think he did quite well, better than normal anyway. They need to just limit him to a few words at a time and stop pushing the on the mic stuff. Focus on his wrestling and making him a bad ass and the fans will soon get on board.

Wondering if Lesnars move set over the past few months has all been in the making of Reigns.

Never gonna happen becuase he just doesn't exuder any kind of threat. He just isn't intimidating in the way that makes me depsise Cena so much - i think most blokes would look at reigns and Cena and fancy their chances, and there's the probem. If you can't talk you gotta make it up for it with presence. Thtra's what made Brock and probably Rusev to a far lesser degree with the current crop.

Best hope for Reigns is to turn heel. In much the same way the Die Rocky Die prompted the birth of The Rock, Reigns should try and channel all the anger and frustration he is no doubt feeling and go down the same route.

Isn't that the point of a 'Superman'? Someone who just looks like an everyman but has Superman like abilities, e.g. Kicking out at 2 and going on to win after a proper massive beatdown?

You think his promo on Raw wasn't scripted? And that all of Jericho, Punk and Dwaynes promos aren't scripted?
Jericho mentions in his third book that he was given guidelines to remain within, but otherwise could say what he wants. Worked particularly well when he was a heel. Even states that his "silence" stage was decided off the cuff. Just decided he didn't want to speak and went with it.

In relation to RR, I don't think it was as scripted as some of the stuff he has been coming out with; so yeah I'd stand by my point. Of course, feel free to disagree.

It is if you're 6 years old perhaps like the vast majority of Cena's diminishing fan base. For my generation and I suspect the vast majority of everybody else over the age of 14, the reaason the WWE is dying on it's arse is precisley because Cena is booked in such a ludicrous and completely unrealistic fashion.

The fucker can't even through a working punch let alone exude any kind of 'toughness' (unless you class taking your cap off and scratching your head repeatedly whilst speaking in a monotone voice as being tough). All the great babyfaces had an element to their character where they looked like they could f***ing go. Reigns is nowt but a pretty boy with nice hair. I'd be more scared of telling me Mam i'd spent me board then fighting that soft knacker.

If Reigns stopped the pouting, the strange facial expressions, the fist thing, I wouldn't mind him, he just looks awkward rather than charismatic and confident and that's because he's not worked to find the right character for him. I notice in between the booing the kids popped for him, that'll be enough for Vince.

Ambrose in his little segment on raw showed more personality and charisma than Reigns did in his 15 minutes.

Ambrose doesn't look like what Vince wants and won't ever be given that type of push.

Or if you're a 6 year old who is the target audience Vince is aiming the product at?

Thats the thing. WWE make lots of money from the kids via merchandise etc, and this audience will not see what us ''smarks'' see when Reigns is on mic etc.

I watched ICW's 4th Annual Square Go show yesterday, the matches were just brilliant there was only four though but that's how it normally goes when they do their Rumble show. An Iron Man Match that was just phenomenal, a brutal heavyweight title match and then an even more brutal cage match. Their Square Go (Rumble) was class, 30 men enter 5 with weapons and the winner gets a MiTB style briefcase. Grado entered with a Haggis (On Burns Night) and battered a load of Heels with it but was eliminated. Their winner was a total dark horse and they managed to pull it off brilliantly.

TNA is in Glasgow tomorrow night and Manchester on friday, only Angelina Love is person I would pay money to see

Reigns on Sam Roberts' podcast.

"Fans have to realize that as opinionated as they are and the way you want it, the company is the same way and they are gonna do what they wanna do...hopefully, at the end of the day, I'm the one getting rich."

Fuck off.

f***ing bellend or what.

He had a right go at the critics. Said they had no clue what they're talking about and wouldn't have a clue what to do if he offered them to lock up

Said he created the superman punch and made the spear his own. Aye ok then

I can't ever remember seeing him lock up.
