Anybody who doesn't see this deal has nothing but a complete coup is crazy we have brought a clinical striker who's experienced knows how to work defenders and a guy who's record speaks for itself now before ppl say he's over the hill don't bother he's still the fastest striker on our books now and he's movement is going to cause as much problems as he's pace I think the likes of giac Johnson and wickham are going to have a field day playing of Defoe
 

Remember when @Littlerobbieh called the OP a loser and said that he was making it up?

Delighted to have Defoe in now. Let's hope we change the system to help him.

Stand by it. When he posted this it was common knowledge. Not even arsed if he does have a contact, good on him but I'd give him more credibility if he posted before the world knew it was happening.

I think it was the first time a lot of people had seriously thought of us signing Defoe. His info was spot on.
