Wonder if we will get a statement from wwe. Not heard a wrestler come out and be so blunt. Also if wwe played it different towards the end do you think punk would be still there?

Haway man! They fedex him his termination papers on the day of his wedding! Absolute shambolic behaviour didn't have the decency to even say it to his face!

Absolute joke of a company and the way WWE is ran is barbaric tbh

It's the kind of stunt WCW would do, f***ing awful.

What bitter wanker Phil Brooks is, "I don't want to come across as bitter and I don't want to bash WWE..." "I wasn't in the main event of WrestleMania. I was facing Triple H, they were a few reasons I left". He's a proper prick.

TBF though you've got people like Punk, Bryan etc working all year round then you have morons like The Roid and Brock Lesnar walzing in and given top spots on the biggest wrestling stage of all. And then to have a brainless dog fart like Triple H wanting to bury you on the most watched and biggest wrestling stage on PPV. I'd f***ing want to pack in too.

He said in the podcast that Vince told him he'd beat Triple H in all fairness like.
You must agree that its canny selfish of Punk to take a match against Triple H at WrestleMania for granted though, seeing as there are lads backstage who'd love that chance.

The same Vince McMahon that said Bret could win in Montreal? ;)

True, at least he' works full year's and travels, The Roid turns up with a movie to promote and is handed the world title belt for promotional purposes. The company is hastily becoming a joke, no wonder WWE Network is losing so much money. The WWE was once the place wrestlers went to become stars, now it's where careers go to die. It's akin to WCW in 2000.

The facts are mare the WWE has no champion and no authority figures to replace a missing one. They had a good replacement in the Authority but they all had their balls cut off and now look as threatening as Max Mini. I thought with the strong heels of HHH and especially Stephanie the show was entertaining imo. What is the point of Raw now it will just run itself with the heels looking weak again as the heels need to look strong to make them worth beating.

Totally agree mate.

There's been some disastrous decisions made lately. Taker's streak ending, splitting up of the Shield although I love Rollins as a heel, breaking up of the Wyatt family, giving the title to Brock "5 matches a year" Lesnar, and now the end of The Authority.

spot on.

it seems like they are trying to ruin their own company i cant think of one positive since survivor series in the main event scene, From what i heard of Brran on Raw it sounded awful.

5 times iirc

Exclude the PPV matches that were against The Rock and Cena and how many now? 2? 1 maybe? You can see why he's got a chip on his shoulder. The Champion should go on last and he should be last out which against Cena and Rock he usually wasn't. Fuck sake he went on first at Elimination Chamber 2012, in the match the PPV is named after...Last on Kane vs Cena in an Ambulance match.

I think if he could have put up with it for long enough he'd have just seen his contract out and been gone to be honest.

They gave him horrible material like, was Cena level cheesy shite. They can't afford to do that with him regularly if he does come back to wrestle because the crowd will get tired of him quick.

Its pretty awful that he was in HHH's face though acting like an arsehole ;) you are supposed to be in his side.

How are the heels supposed to be scary after they have been castrated in a few hour?s

And what about all the good that they've done in the last twelve months?

I don't know why people have to critique everything. I can find good in every one of those incidents you've mentioned there.

It wasn't his finest moment, he should have just done the yes thing in the ring and let them fuck off but they love him doing the yes stuff because it gets a reaction so he'll have been told to milk it. I'm one of the biggest Bryan marks out there but even I wanted him to get a dig or a slap there

I know that was meant in a jokey manner, but the Bret Hart incident was more about keeping the company's self dignity and keeping the company afloat rather than a personal vendetta like

With Vinny Mac everything is just business. He is happy to overlook vendettas to make a quick buck.

Cena/Rock was the main focus leading up to WrestleMania 28, which meant that Cena storylines were the most important really

That's what it is now though, a business, I'm sure Punk even said that on Colt's podcast

Bullshit, Rock/Cena was only a feature every now and then. Leading up to 28 and 29. Punk was outselling Cena in Merch sales at this time also.

This outselling in merch stuff, it must have been in hundreds rather than the tens of thousands.

Rock/Cena was the biggest of deals for 2 year. I agree it's not right, but it seems like Vince will do anything in order to get Dwayne's johnson back in his mouth.

WWE has always been jobs for the boys but never as much as since HHH has been given more control.

I've heard lots and lots of stories from ex-WWE employees about how all the Main Eventers and Directors used to basically look down on the younger talent and give the 'who are you' egomaniac talk - The Rock and Hulk Hogan have been mentioned a few times as the main culprits.
The top-end of the company is basically 1 giant ego trip and CM Punk told them to shove it all.

It's a shame because it overshadows the good stuff the big names do - The Undertaker told the storywriters he wanted to be eliminated from the 2002 Royal Rumble by Maven to try and enhance his career, it didn't work out so they tried it again in 2003 (but was never actually eliminated this time)

Only thing I didn't agree with Punk about him was saying that The Rock isn't a draw, you just need to look at the numbers.
