I dont hate them just a bit jealous sometimes. flukey as fuck most of the times. bigger stadium, better catchment area. that's the only thing they have on us tbf

Just caught up with this saga! Must say I enjoyed it aswell! Make sure you dust down those brown envelopes mind Jardine, don't want finger prints left... On another note, we use white envelopes at our place next season, on the lookout for a treasurer too, you've got a decent CV in that area by the looks of it
 
Hate and despise the fuckers more as I get older.
I've never ever in my whole Sunderland supporting existence ever considered us inferior to them.
I notice there are a few sympathisers on here though.
 
I live and work in Kent....only I could get a boss who supports them...just a constant load of bollocks coming out of his trap about how great they were....and how shite we were...I hate the fans, I hate how the media constantly sucks them off...I just can't stand the fuckers....
 
Of course you "hate" your nearest and dearest but be honest it's because you want to hate them and that provides the "spice" that goes with Derbies.
Geographically in your region the distance between your respective clubs is nothing and goes without saying that you are bound the have friends and in some cases family following the enemy.
From my limited time in the NE and nights out on the beer I have come across numerous groups of both lads and lasses out together supporting both clubs.
Most people know how to behave and that does not mean they care less about the rivalry.
I am an Oxfordshire supporting Swindon fan. Deemed by Oxford as worse than the scum. An "Oxfordshire" scum........makes the rivalry even better.
Would have to say Oxford hate us more than we hate them. We have a minority that hate the Bristol clubs. Only one team for me though, the yellow filth.
Being an Oxon lad I also know may Pox fans, some good lads as well.
Respect to those who still go and watch the yellow shite.
 
I used to really hate them in the 90s Shem I was younger, especially when they started to turn up in wearside towns because they thought that they would win something. I still don't like County Durham traitors. I don't mind proper mags from Tyneside, people have a right to a football club. I just didnt want to see them on my land, still hate to se them when I go home, it was not like that in the eighties
