The babies on here crying because they want an answer now will completely ignore this. The only difference between him and Rodwell is that we happen to know about the Borini bid being accepted......i wonder who leaked that and why.

I didn't think for a minute we'd get Rodwell there was nothing obvious at all about that transfer.

I didn't think we'd get Rodwell either but watching his interview on SAFC TV he knew since the summer that he wanted to leave Man City. I don't think Borini wants to leave Liverpool, i genuinely think he believes that he can get in Liverpool's team.

I wish everyone would calm down.

He's up to something with these tweets and favouriting of stuff. It's all cleverly released in my opinion. His lass gets fleetingly involved as well.

He hasn't said a firm no and the fact the club are waiting tells me that it's still a goer.

My guess is that he doesnt want to go through another basement battle and is just waiting to see who we sign and see how it pans out at Liverpool.

It's clear he wants to stay at Liverpool and thats understandable but when he eventually gets edged out I imagine he will sign.

The problem is that he will want to wait until deadline day and thats no good for us.
