I'd certainly respect and listen to a fellow fans opinion on a match I've witnessed more than him, Merson or Matt f***ing le Tissier. They probably only saw about 2 mins of highlights, but all of a sudden, "because they've played the game" their opinion counts and us fans opinions are null and void.

i know how you feel...i sneezed earlier but given i have no medical experience i cant determine what i am suffering from...i fear the flu ut as i say, i have no medical training, off to bug my GP tomorrow with it

You lot need a signing. This thread is an embarrassment. It started off being another mag thread and turned into Sunderland fans arguing with each other.

You need something to talk about. Instead of slagging each other off join together and throw it at me ffs.

Did you not read the post? I said I respect the opinion of a fan of a club who watches their team week in week out, more than a pundit sitting in a studio who's watched a couple of minute highlight reel who couldn't give a shiney shite what the outcome of a match was.

Be fair. We signed 14 players last season and still slagged each other off. Consistency is a strength here.

I think you'll find a le tiss ,Thompson, Merson, Nicholas etc have a monitor in front of them and watch the full 90 mins of the match they are analysing. But you know better though Billy. I expect a couple of them to be booted off so you and Bristow can take your rightful places this season :lol:

Your point hasn't been missed. It's quite clear. No one in the stands can have a valid point or understanding of the game unless they've played to a decent level. It's bullshit but that's the top and bottom of it.
