I've made no secret of the fact I'd love him to sign, and I don't necessarily think the Remy situation will make a difference. They will still need to sign someone
But I must admit I'm shifting to the I can't be arsed anymore side of the fence
Took you a while ;). Been there for a week or so. We are being dictated to by who Liverpool do or don't sign, and we pick up the scraps ( which is exactly what Borini is to them ). Leave him there and let him see how he's missed out on being a regular and loved by a 'Bigger' clubs fans. We need to realise how big our club actually is in terms of passion and hope.

I haven't been arsed about this for ages. Loved him when he was here, but sense he'll be a let down if he signs permanently.

And you were right. Always thought the fee was sheer stupidity. Still is. We should pull out, leave him to Liverpool and move on.

Not just the fee, the player and agent are clearly stalling and aren't interested.

We don't wanna chase him too long and waste time, I'd just cut the deal and start and look elsewhere.

Love the avatar btw

Hopefully Poyet gets asked about this in a presser soon. Give us concrete answers

This is exactly how this feels. We are hawking our proud club to a Liverpool 5th choice like a desperate amateur. He sounds like he wants or thinks he deserves better. Let him go and find it, and stop this sideshow now. It's actually pretty embarrassing for both parties.
Agreed, tell him to gan and dee one.

I know it did and a little bit of me would still love him here, but I said all last season he wasn't Liverpool level, maybe slightly above ours, and he now seems to think he has become so much better than that.
Mind I reserve the right to change me mind if he posts a selfie at Ponteland airport ;)

Yep acceptance has taken me a while

Now, that is just plain silly. We are not in my opinion, bigger club than Liverpool. Or was it us that won the league countless times, European Cups etc., etc., etc..

There appears to be this theory that we are just sitting by the phone waiting for him to call rather than looking at alternatives.

This is more about the insecurity of a load of sad sacks on here, the fact it is Borini is almost irrelevant, they want everything or anyone, now.
