I reckon the agent leaked the original deal as an attempt to flush out better clubs.

Fact is this has nothing all to do with personal terms.

He is ambitious, he doesn't want to be at a bottom of the league club. He's waiting for someone else to come in but at 14m he's got no chance of that happening.

Liverpool will be doing everything to persuade him to join us as they know that no one will match our offer.

I've got nothing against the lad but either way it needs concluding it next couple of days.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is Poyet dragging it on.
