Borini

Tweeting at that Italian bloke and his replies are constantly stuff like "I often wrong" "Players change minds"

Sounds like he hasn't got a clue to be honest.

I'm just listening to Talksports "Transfer Tavern" programme and a football agent guest has just said he's made a few phone calls, and it's his understanding that "talks are on-going between Borini's agent and the club". Fingers crossed.
ahhhh... talkshite, the reliable, never winding people up, radio station that tells the truth....

It wouldnt be him correct anyway, it would be his sources. Me and him have made up already, though I hope him and his sources are wrong

yet if Borini signs, HE'LL be wrong..

let it play out and see what happens. English journalists are tweeting what they think/know as are the Italians. Conflicting reports but with Remy in talks with LFC, I don't think Borini is stupid enough to hang around any longer at Anfield. We'll see. ;-)

A few stories coming through about Borini rejecting Sunderland. Nonsense. He's been pushing for it. The move will happen.

The report about Borini said he was angry at not being spoken to about the transfer. Complete bullshit. Trust me.

Long thread, has this been posted yet ?

Whatever contacts he has in relation to Sunderland, they are far from faultless (well - since De Fanti left), as the article suggests. He has in the past proclaimed we were contemplating binning off Poyet (if we stayed in the top division) and replacing him with Luciano Spalletti. Then there's the non-start Mannone transfer request rumour he was adamant on, with Mannone himself going to Echo to deny anything of the such, quite passionately.

I wouldn't be surprised if Borini signed, or if he didn't... just don't think this journalist imperticular should be taken as the gospel regarding Sunderland.

The only way the Borini deal could fall down is if we get a bigger offer from another club.

This is another one of those where everyone abuses me then says a few weeks later "Sorry, you were right Melly." ‪#‎borini‬

Still be amazed if club have gone this far unless they had an indication from his agent that he'd come

i expect to see him sign now barring any daft bids late on

When De Fanti and his chums were here, Di Marzio definitely knew what was going on in regards to SAFC.

Since he left his two big stories on us have been: Vito demanding a transfer and that we were going to sack Poyet and replace him with Spalletti if we stayed up.

Oops.

Gerrin Melly lad.

Whee?

I find it difficult to believe that what's best for his career involves coming here to play as a work horse left sided grafter who's expected to track back and help out his full back. He'll get exposure of course but if I were him I'd be looking to find a club prepared to offer me a role more suited to my skill set. The fact that he's prepared to work hard could lead to him never reaching his true potential.

Yeah. Playing for us last year really held him back. Just think, he could have played a total of a couple of hours at Liverpool and spent the rest of his time keeping the bench warm.

The hope so we are set up much better this year, with an established system and better players, to help him and Johnson play more effectively.

Just looked through some of his tweets. Another twitter fantasist, I can confirm.

That site turns every transfer window into a f***ing tedious saga.
