2 Mags shot down on that plane yesterday

Even though you can guarantee they were wearing their gravy laden skunk tops during the flight, Its a horrendous thing to happen could of just as easily been some of our lads on that flight. RIP lads condolences to your families .
 
Absolutely tragic generally, made all the more real by it involving people from our region and then even more so by it involving a sport that we all post on here to discuss.

Also defies belief that there are still those on here who see it as an opportunity to bring regional rivalry into it.

I find it fitting as it puts it all into perspective. As stated could of been anyone of us mag or mackem.
 
RIP to everyone on board that flight. NUFC and Football have lost two obviously very loyal fans. Thoughts are with the families.
 
Echoing the overwhelmingly decent SMB, RIP lads and my thoughts are with the family of everyone on board.
Would the classy thing to do to have a minutes silence on Sat?
 
Football's insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Rip to all on board. Horrendous. Could have been any of us on that flight.
 
I kana a lot of people on here have a rest downer on Facebook, but there's some really good tributes from SAFC fans and fan sites to the two Mags on there at the minute. The one that got me is the "Divided by football, united in grief"

RIP to all on who lost their lives on that flight and may the perpetrators get their just deserts. Thoughts are with all their families and friends .....
