They're changing the ball, I can't imagine they'd want that seeing how they've taken 6 wickets with the old one.....

win our game in hand we are near loads of sides

So what if we lose it? Seeing how we're winless through 7 games - what makes you think it's that straightforward?

Either way, there will be a result in this fixture, but whoever wins doesn't necessarily mean relegation for the loser. Let's see how their batsmen stand up to our bowling attack before we get too depressed.

I don't think anyone would think the loser is relegated, but it's understandable that halfway through the season we find ourselves in such a difficult situation.

notts are 4th with only 2 wins lets not panic yet

Two wins more than we have. I'll get excited about climbing the table WHEN we get a win. Excuse me for worrying at 130-6 in the 8th game of a winless season. Cheers.

I'm ever the eternal optimist, so working on the basis that with some decent weather we'll get the results we need to take us up the table to safety. However, I'd have expected us to have got some decent batting points against Lancs and declaring to avoid giving them max bowling points. Doesn't look like that's going to happen though.

I'd be delighted with one batting point from here

50 partnership from Muchall and Mustard. Much needed. Next task must be for these two to take us past 200.

Tea - 180-6. Good graft from these two. Very valuable partnership, hopefully these two can make it ruins 200 as I mentioned. Beyond that I'm making no more predictions .

Although I would be ecstatic if I can get to see us batting still in the morning.
