Definitely not. It's been very surprising how the bowlers have struggled. If we knew one suit would struggle I imagine the money would have been on our batting.

Sounds like the batting today has been excellent in the face of some unfriendly conditions.

Failing a last session collapse, this one should be a draw. Be nice if we can get some bonus points mind you.

Raining again.

Close of play.

Borthwick caught behind without adding to his overnight score.

I've turned the commentary off. Sanga played a glorious cover drive earlier and they barely uttered a word about it, now there's been a wicket they're full of life. f***ing wankers

Sangakkara 53 not out from 116 balls including 8 fours.

Part time spinner Wells gets Richardson. Triggered by Illingworth, shocking decision by the sounds of it.

202-4. Batting point :D. Sanga 67*

Lunch 239-4. Sanga 91*, Colly 20*.

Be nice if the lads can push the scoring on after lunch in an attempt to get as many bonus points as possible. New ball due in one over so hopefully the ball will go quicker to the boundary :D

Sanga ton. 202 balls. 14 fours.

2 batting bonus points. 25 overs more to get 140 runs. Or perhaps 90 is more feasible. Would like to see us go for the 140 mind. Still a few lads to come who can score quickly.

Coolly 50 from 61 balls including 7 fours. He scored four fours of the previous 5 balls he faced!

287-4 off 87.1 overs.

113 needed off 22.5 overs. Not impossible. New ball flying to all parts.

100 partnership too.

300-4 and 20 overs or so left for bonus points. Looking like a straight 5 an over.

Whatever happens from here, it's once again been a good batting performance in the face of a daunting deficit.

Promising news coming out this morning following a scan apparently. Unlikely to play at Taunton but hopefully will be back soon after.

Either way it looks likely that Somerset will be a tough ask. Taking 20 wickets at Taunton is tough at the best of times.

Wouldn't mind us having Sanga back next season for a longer run if we can afford him.

Would be unreal that. The club have hinted it could be a possibility. Think Kumar himself being the top pro he is could be interested in having a longer run in England too.

352-5 off 100.4 with Sanga smashing Zaidi for 6.

Edit - 46 needed off 9 overs. Sanga 138*
